|Richard L. Bedell, Jr.|
Position: Technical Advisor
Richard L. Bedell is a Director of RenGold. Along with Ron Parratt, Richard was a co-founder and Executive Vice President and Director for AuEx.
Richard has over 30 years of exploration experience including an adjunct faculty position in Exploration Geophysics at the Mackay School of Earth Sciences & Engineering. Previous work experience includes Homestake Mining Company as part of the Global Target Selection Team and managing the Technical Group for exploration and as an exploration geologist with BP Minerals and Rio Tinto. Richard is a recognized expert in remote sensing and geo-spatial technologies and was lead editor for a recent Society of Economic Geologists publication on remote-sensing.
Richard is a Certified Professional Geologist (CPG) with the Society for Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration. He is a graduate from The School of Natural Sciences & Mathematics, Hampshire College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1979, earned a Master of Science in geology from the University of Toronto in Ontario in 1985, and a Master of Science in Remote Sensing and GIS from the University of London, United Kingdom in 1986. Richard is a Fellow with the Society of Economic Geologists, a member of the Northwest Mining Association, Geological Society of America, the Geologic Remote Sensing Group, and a member of the Geological Society of Nevada. Richard is also on the board of the Society of Economic Geologists Foundation, and chairman of the board for TerraCore Inc. a private spectroscopy technology company focused on applications to the mining industry.

Position: Principal Geologist
Gregory T. Hill is the Principal Geologist with RenGold. Greg is an exploration geologist with 25 years experience with major and junior mining companies in Nevada, and internationally. This experience includes exploration, development, and expansion of resources at several major Nevada mines including Barrick's Goldstrike mine, the Twin Creeks and Lone Tree mines then operated by Santa Fe Pacific Gold, and the Rosebud mine. He has served in technical and executive roles ranging from mine site exploration and development to prospect generation, project management, financing, and corporate leadership. Greg has worked or consulted for many companies, notably, Harvest Gold, Cambior, Placer Dome, Santa Fe Pacific Gold, and Barrick. Greg is a past President and Director of the Geological Society of Nevada and an active member of the geologic community. Greg received a Bachelor's degree in Geology in 1991 from Western State College of Colorado and a Master's degree in Geology in 1994 from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
Position: Exploration Manager
Dan Pace is Exploration Manager with RenGold. Dan manages drilling and exploration programs for the company. He also assists with generative exploration and property evaluation in the Great Basin.
Dan completed his BA at Colby College where he did research on hercynite veins in Maine as well as the sedimentary sequence across the Permian/Triassic extinction event as preserved in the Karoo Basin of South Africa. In 2006 Dan started at the University of Nevada, Reno as a Nevada Bureau of Mines and Geology research assistant for Dr. John Muntean. Under John's supervision Dan completed his Master's thesis on the RBM deposit in the Bald Mountain Mining District in 2009. During and following completion of his Master's thesis he consulted for Barrick at Bald Mountain. Using his research and understanding of the RBM deposit he helped define and drill out a new and significantly larger zone of mineralization, which became the Redbird deposit. Dan also worked on a number of exploration programs successfully targeting Carlin Style mineralization in Mooney Basin.
Dan is a member of the Geological Society of Nevada, The Society of Economic Geology, The Society of Mining Metallurgy and Exploration, and the American Exploration and Mining Association.
|Mark F. Coolbaugh, Ph.D.|
Position: Chief Geoscientist
Mark Coolbaugh is Chief Geoscientist of RenGold. Mark assists in the assessment of properties, development of geological and exploration models, field mapping, and identification of exploration targets. He also applies cutting-edge research concepts to the digital display, analysis, and interpretation of geological, geophysical, and geochemical data.
Mark has approximately 30 years of exploration and research experience including as Chief Geoscientist for AuEx, Research Assistant Professor at the Great Basin Center for Geothermal Energy, University of Nevada, Reno; Chief Geoscientist for Geothermal Technical Partners, Inc., Mongolia Exploration Manager for Cascadia Chemicals and Minerals, and Chief Geologist for Carson Gold Corp. Mark is experienced in the exploration, development, and production of gold, silver, copper, and molybdenum resources in the Great Basin, Asia, and Central and South America, and in exploration for geothermal resources in the US and abroad. Mark played an integral role in the discovery of the Gatsuurt gold deposit in Mongolia and the discovery of over a half-dozen active geothermal systems in the US and South America.
Mark holds a doctorate degree in Geology from the University of Nevada, Reno (2003), a Master of Science in Geological Engineering from the University of Arizona (1985), and a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines (1978). Mark is a member of the Geological Society of Nevada, the Geothermal Resources Council, Society of Economic Geologists, and SME/AIME. He is fluent in written Spanish and conversant in spoken Spanish.
Position: Senior Geologist
Lindsay Craig is a senior geologist with RenGold. Lindsay provides expertise to the Company through generative exploration, property submittal evaluation, prospect acquisition and target development.
In 2007, Lindsay began geologic consulting for AuEx where he provided support and management of field activities, performed property evaluations, data compilations and data synthesis for projects in the Great Basin and Argentina.
Lindsay has worked both as a consultant and as an employee for numerous mining companies that include: Billiton Minerals Corporation, Canyon Resources, Placer Dome Exploration, First Sierra Gold Corporation, Cordex Exploration Company, Bear Creek Mining Company and others. He was involved with the initial discovery of the Marigold Mine in Nevada, and the Briggs Mine in California, deposits at Fluorspar Canyon, the Sterling Mine in Nevada, and deposits in the Judith Mountains of Montana. These mines and deposits contain several million ounces of gold.
Lindsay graduated from Fort Lewis College, Durango, Colorado in 1982, with a B.S. in Geology. In 2000, he earned his Masters of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Reno where he studied both education and geology. From 1997-2007, Lindsay was an active secondary level math and science teacher in Reno schools. During this time he and his team won a major international technology competition on The Science of the Comstock.
Lindsay is a member of the Geologic Society of Nevada, Northwest Mining Association and the Society of Exploration Geologists.
Position: Geologist, Exploration Analytics
Marilyn Miller is a geologist with RenGold. Marilyn is responsible for management of the Company's exploration data base including data compilation, verification, and data delivery and communication between joint venture partners. Her duties include generating project-level geology, land status and claim maps using GIS software. Marilyn also provides technical support to the staff as needed.
Marilyn has over 21 years of experience in the natural resources industry, including Computer Geologist for AuEx, Information Specialist for Kennecott Exploration (Rio Tinto), and Project Geologist for Santa Fe Pacific Gold Corporation. Her first 2 years in Nevada were spent looking for oil in the carbonate terrain of eastern Nevada with Cedar Strat. Her career has included project support for gold, silver and copper exploration projects in Nevada and Arizona.
Marilyn graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BS degree in Zoology in 1979 and received her M.S. in Geology in 1984. She is an active member of the Geological Society of Nevada (GSN), the Nevada Petroleum Society (NPS) and the Great Basin MapInfo User's Group.
|Patricia (Patty) Capistrant|
Position: Project Geologist
Patricia (Patty) Capistrant is a Project Geologist with Renaissance Gold. Patty runs field programs for reconnaissance, project-scale data collection and mapping, oversees drill programs, and assists with project generation.
Patty received her B.S. degree from the University of Nevada, Reno and her M.Sc. from the Colorado School of Mines, where she studied sediment-hosted nickel occurrences in the Zambian Copper Belt. Following completion of her Master's, Patty spent three years working on various sediment-hosted copper systems in Canada, Zambia, Botswana, and Namibia.
In 2015, Patty moved back to her native Nevada to pursue opportunities in the Great Basin. She worked in Pershing County before joining Renaissance Gold's team in 2017. Her experience in sediment-hosted systems has been beneficial in her transition into Great Basin gold systems.
She is a member of the Geological Society of Nevada, the Society of Economic Geologists, the American Exploration and Mining Association, and the American Institute of Professional Geologists.
