Ronald L. Parratt

Director, Executive Chairman
Ronald L. Parratt is a Director and Executive Chairman of Renaissance Gold Inc ("RenGold").

Ron was a co-founder and the President and Chief Executive Officer of AuEx Ventures, Inc., a Nevada-based junior gold/silver exploration from 2003 until it was acquired by Fronteer Gold Inc. in late 2010 which led to the creation of RenGold as a "spin-out" of AuEx. Ron has over 35 years of exploration experience including service with Santa Fe Pacific Gold and Homestake Mining. He was directly involved in the discovery and development of the Rabbit Creek, Lone Tree, Trenton Canyon and Long Canyon gold deposits in Nevada totaling over 15 mm ounces of gold.

Ron is a Certified Professional Geologist (CPG) with the American Institute of Professional Geologists (since 1989), a Registered Geologist in California (since 1976) and a Professional Geologist in Wyoming (since 1998). He is a graduate of Purdue University with degrees in geochemistry and economic geology. He is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists, a member of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration, a member of the Northwest Mining Association and a member of the Geological Society of Nevada. Ron has served on the State of Nevada, Commission on Mineral Resources since 1991 and is currently its Vice Chairman.

Richard L. Bedell, Jr.

Director, President and Chief Executive Officer
Richard L. Bedell is a director and President and Chief Executive Officer of RenGold. Along with Ron Parratt, Richard was a co-founder and Executive Vice President and Director for AuEx.

Richard has over 30 years of exploration experience including an adjunct faculty position in Exploration Geophysics at the Mackay School of Earth Sciences & Engineering. Previous work experience includes Homestake Mining Company as part of the Global Target Selection Team and managing the Technical Group for exploration and as an exploration geologist with BP Minerals and Rio Tinto. Richard is a recognized expert in remote sensing and geo-spatial technologies and was lead editor for a recent Society of Economic Geologists publication on remote-sensing.

Richard is a Certified Professional Geologist (CPG) with the American Institute of Professional Geologists. He is a graduate from The School of Natural Sciences & Mathematics, Hampshire College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1979, earned a Master of Science in geology from the University of Toronto in Ontario in 1985, and a Master of Science in Remote Sensing and GIS from the University of London, United Kingdom in 1986. Richard is a Fellow with the Society of Economic Geologists, a member of the Northwest Mining Association, Geological Society of America, the Geologic Remote Sensing Group, and a member of the Geological Society of Nevada.

Robert G. Boaz

Director
Robert G. Boaz is a Director of RenGold and serves on the Company's Compensation and Audit Committees. From February 2007 to November 2010, he served as a director of AuEx and acted in the capacity of Chair of the Audit Committee.

Bob graduated with an honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McMaster University of Hamilton, Ontario and has a Masters Degree in Economics from York University in Toronto. He is a highly respected financial and economic strategist in Canadian bond and equity markets with experience related to equity research, portfolio management, institutional sales and investment banking. He, as a member of the special committee of the Board of AuEx was instrumental in the negotiations of the acquisition of AuEx by Fronteer.

Bob has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, more recently as Managing Director, Investment Banking with Raymond James Ltd and Vice-President, Head of Research and in-house portfolio strategist for Dundee Securities Corporation.

He is currently the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Aura Silver Resources Inc., a junior exploration company with properties located in Canada and Mexico; Chairman of the Board of Southern Andes Energy Inc. (formerly Solex Resources Corp.). He has also had several years experience in management positions for Ontario Hydro, Saskatchewan Power and Consumers Gas.

Lee A. Graber

Director
Lee A. Graber is a Director of RenGold and serves on the Company's Compensation and Audit Committees. From May 2004 to November 2010, he was a director of AuEx.

Lee is highly respected in the mining industry and is an expert in mergers and acquisitions, with expertise in structuring deals and negotiation. Lee served as Chair of the Special Committee in the negotiations regarding the acquisition of AuEx by Fronteer.

Lee has over 35 years of industry experience and is currently Investment Director of Pacific Road Capital Management Pty Limited, a private equity manager investing in the global mining industry. Lee was the Managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for Endeavor Financial Ltd., an investment banking firm, and Vice President, Corporate Development for Homestake Mining Company with interests in North and South America and Australia.

Lee is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science (1969) and a Masters of Arts (1970). He is a director of Timmins Gold Corp, a director of Xtierra Inc., a director of First Bauxite Corporation, and a director of Far West Mining Ltd.

Dieter A. Krewedl, Ph.D.

Director
Dieter A. Krewedl is Director of RenGold.

From May 2004 to November 2010, he was a director of AuEx, Chair of its Compensation Committee and a member of its Audit Committee. Dieter served on special committee of AuEx that oversaw the negotiations of Fronteer's acquisition of AuEx.

Dieter has over 35 years of exploration experience including service with Coeur d'Alene Mines Corporation as Senior Vice President, Exploration, Vice-President Exploration for Echo Bay Mines, Ltd., Vice-President of Exploration for Areva, worked for Pathfinder Mines Corporation, and is now a consulting geologist in the mining industry.

Dieter has a Ph.D. degree in Economics Geology from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona (1974), a Masters degree in geology from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio (1967) and a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio (1965).

He is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geology, Past President and Board of Directors for the Geological Society of Nevada, Dieter is also a director of Strathmore Minerals Corp.
